Collective bargaining agreements
Our CSR policy states that Scandza Group upholds the freedom of association of its employees and the effective recognition of the right to bargain collectively. In 2021, about 90 per cent of our industrial workers workers were covered by collective bargaining agreements organized by NHO, Livsmedelföretagen and Dansk Industri.
