The Feel Good Company and Bisca are now subsidiaries of Jordanes and are no longer part of the Scandza portfolio. Westend is as of June 2021 fully integrated into Scandza.

Our CSR policy states that Scandza Group upholds the freedom of association of its employees and the effective recognition of the right to bargain collectively. In 2021, about 90 per cent of our industrial workers workers were covered by collective bargaining agreements organized by NHO, Livsmedelföretagen and Dansk Industri.
